We accept this bug as a low severity bug as the flaw is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only. In many clinics, many appointments last at least 15mins, and it is rare to see appointments that last for 1 minute.

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for the response, however, I disagree with the point that such cases "appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only". As you said, many appointments last at least 15 mins, this means quite a number of appointments range from 15 - 30 mins. However, your app ui could not reflect an appointment less than 30min, any appointment less than 30 mins will be forced to shown as a 30 min appointment in the schedule page. This means, if I booked an appointment of 15, 20, 25 mins, the ui will reflect all of them as 30 min. This can be very misleading as I would not be able to tell how long the appointment should last from the schedule anymore. The schedule page takes up major area of the app and it is a very important feature in this tab. However, it is not functioning as expected. Thus, I believe it causes constant inconvenience to the user, not just "minor inconvenience only" , hence, the severity level should be consider at least medium level.
