appt auto mark as done when it may be missed? #8

i should be able to edit the status of the appt instead of auto mark everything as done once the time has passed.

We do allow editing the status of the appointment after the time has passed and it was automatically marked as done -- the missed command is used exactly for such cases!

Auto marking appointments as done once the time has passed is for the users' convenience, as it is likely that most appointments will be done instead of missed.
