I can't login to Genshin after getting 14.4 sonoma

The game launches fine, and even takes me to the login page, but when I try to log in, the password isn't showing up as I type it. I thought maybe it was for a security reason, as even though the password wasn't showing up on screen it was saying not enough characters or wrong password, and when I put in the right password, it takes me to this white pop-up on the middle of my screen and gets stuck there. Is there anything I can do? Is it a problem with 14.4 Sonoma Beta, or is it with genshin? Or just my macbook?

Same here, idk what's going on but I ended up connecting my account to facebook and logging in that way. Twitter might work as well but I didn't test that

it didn't show password for me either, but I can confirm you can log in after correctly typing in the password.

I tried to do that, but it gets stuck at this page forever, and it does the same for twitter. When I try to login it sends a verification code but i never recieve it, not in spam, and i checked to see if its the right email and it is. And when i click send on the empty verification code it sends a blank captcha like issue 88's did.

if you need to log-in

1. tick off disable ac patch (meaning you are patching the game)
2. then the captcha or in-game browser should show up
3. you may get '31-4302' then. just close the game, and revert step 1
4. you should now enter the game with no issue
