3 months ago Hard to know. Do you run in a window or full screen? In a window could be easy to try clicking outside genshin window to see if it was the entire macOS that froze up.

3 months ago Please also provide wine version. Crossover wine can often provide better performance. Check the faq for more info.

2 months ago I have switched to wine version 1.0 and now all seems to run smoothly! been playing a few hours and no freeze
Describe the bug The game freezes, regardless of what I am doing, its like its a screenshot. When this happens outside of menus and dialogues I have no access to my mouse and have to restart my mac to get out of it.

Additional context Originally I thought this was just in dialogues and quests but it happened a few times in open world, I have lowered graphics settings and they are currently at "low".
