GI system notification data error code - 31-4302 #469

I uninstalled and reinstalled it, restarted my Mac, logged out and logged in but it shows the same thing I open my launcher and I start my game and everything works fine, but when I start the game it tells me to reinstall the game, I saw some tutorials on yt but they were on windows. How do I fix this on Mac?

  1. I tried and it's not rlly working . The 'workaround 3' thing right? I will continue trying tho

having the same issue, turned on both "workaround 3" and "Turn off AC patch" worked for me.

I'm pretty sure it's in my downloads folder from what I checked 😭

having the same issue, turned on both "workaround 3" and "Turn off AC patch" worked for me.

Does wine matter? I did this and it did not work but I also changed the wine to the 'DXMT experimental' wine before this to see if anything changed so maybe that could cause it to not work. Should I change my wine back to GPTK or anything else?

Please do not put the game files in downloads folder as this icloud accessible location might corrupt your game files. I suggest moving game files to a place like /users/[youruser]/Games/GI, then check file integrity. If that doesn't work, reinstall completely, while making sure to put your game files at a safe location.

Please do not put the game files in downloads folder as this icloud accessible location might corrupt your game files. I changed the location of my Yaagl stuff into a folder I made, doesn't work. I also reinstalled it but it does not work. Unless I'm doing something wrong, is there anything else I should try? 😅

But isn't this for windows? I'm not really sure how to do it with Yaagl 🥲

I tried changing it to the 'DXMT experimental' wine but it didn't work so I went back to the 'GPTK' wine. Which one should I change it to?

Then I guess you are out of luck...... it's one of the issues with no 100% solution.

Aw that's such a bummer :(( But could it fix if perhaps a new update comes out of the game?

Try Deleting the Yaagl Install data, Located in

User/Library/Applications Support

Maybe yaagl doesn't support 5.1 right now.

i'm still having the issue, i asked on discord and basically they said there's no fix for it for now :( i'll let you know if i can find anything

maybe, but as much as i see not everyone is having this issue probably there's something else which i don't know what it is

There are only two solutions to this problem - just manually delete the game files in ‘GenshinImpact_Data’ and then ‘check integrity’ over and over, or just delete all the files containing the game and re-download the game.

That's what I did, so I don't have this issue.
