Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. do as usual (i.e. connect laptop to display. close laptop. Connection will
work for a few seconds then display goes dark (i.e. laptop - Macbook Pro - goes
to sleep).
2. sob, huff, puff (cuz i upgraded to that DARN Mavericks OS)
3. seek help (or in your case .. fix easily cuz u da man)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
your extension used to work _beautifully_! ... now, with new OS -- no more. :(

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest. no update possible as of 10/24/13. Mac OS X Maverick(s)

Please provide any additional information below.

thanks for making this tool!!!

Actually ... I just noticed ... I'm stupid.
I didn't have the POWER connected to the laptop and I remembered that this is a
requirement for the NoSleep to work.

Disregard my report please.
Sorry.
Thanks for making NoSleep!!

No sleep doesn't work with Mavericks you are right.
However it should when it is selected to work on battery and it doesn't and I
need to use it on battery sometimes, like when my dumb arse work mates forget
their charger.
Please help, I love this app.

Nosleep doesn't work on Mavericks. I checked "Battery" in the preference.
However, it sleeps when I close the lid.

NoSleep is not working either on battery or connected at power... I have the
two checkbox checked on NoSleep preferences and nevertheless it doesn't have
any change.
