Configure Yabeda when starting app via Puma CLI #2

Fixes #1 - Should hopefully allow Yabeda to register the necessary metrics when running a Rails app via puma -C config/puma.rb.

Sad thing that there are so many app servers in the wild and adding support for all of them is a lot of work (for example look how NewRelic agent is doing its best for this)

So I will just write section to the README for explanation
