Can these mods be installed on PS3? #1

Hey, I was just wondering if these mods could be installed using a GSC Injector on ps3 just like mod menus, if so, how could I configure it? Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that you can't, these are only for plutonium, but maybe if you know how to code or smth you can implent this mod to ps3 or make one from scratch more likely
