Greetings Yacine!

This feature was mentioned in an issue opened a couple weeks ago. (#10) Is it planned to implement this feature for the extension moving forward? Thanks for continually updating this project!

Sorry for the delay, I've been super busy at work. Playing audio in the background was requested multiple times, and it's indeed planned to be implemented. I just need to find some time to work on it.

This extension is -hands down- the most useful I've ever used. but it's really annoying that I can't switch tabs while listening or that any accidental click can stop the tts and remove the recording! I really hope this feature will be added in the near future. Thanks for this amazing extension ♥
