Extension Error when installing with brackets #23

I have installed Node NPM and Mocha, but still I cannot install this extension either with the original installation of brakets or using local zip filed downloaded from the website. It appears to be like that there's a fatal error when installing...

Well already solved. The Chinese Version is the key to this problem, this extension cannot launch with the application language in Chinese. Turn to the English one, and everything's well.
