Switch to TinySound for playing sounds #47

javax.sound is a total pain in the ass. the default Clip on Linux with PulseAudio lags every playback by approximately one second. Just gave TinySound a try. We should use that if the following applies:

works on Windows 7 32/64
works on Windows XP 32/64
works on Ubuntu/Debian 32/64
