Find some way to handle bootstrap 3/4 conflict issue #2

So far I've just stuck both classes there and it's worked but this is not ideal.

We will default to Bootstrap 4 and have a separate set of Bootstrap 3 views that can be put into the project's views/vendor/crud/ dir as needed.
