Issue faced while using ngTinyScrollbar with IE #33

Hi,

I am working on a mean stack application. I am using ngTinyScrollbar. I am facing an issue where the scroll bar doesn't load initially. when i resize the page using say f-12 or the shrink button of the window, the scroll bar appears on the screen.

@yads Could you please help me resolve this problem ?
