Setup latest trunk demo / post-commit build #16

Every time code is committed to the repository, run a script to check out the 
latest version of the tool to the latest dev trunk demo url. So that we have a 
live instance to check and show online as well.

post commit http request doesn't work for now, need to investigate.

there is a cron every 5mins that checks this and updates content here..
