Deployment template validation failed #11

Hi, I am getting a "template validation failed" message using all options given in the readme article for deployment, Any changes that need to be taken care of? Thanks,

What Azure region you were targeting to deploy?

I tried several regions including East US, East US 2, West US and North Central US

I just tested once again there is no validation error on my side. Possibly it was a temporary issue or related with the provided inputs. Please share error screenshot if you still have the issue.
