Is the arm template missing some parameters for post-config.ps1 #24

The post-config script has an AzureImage switch and AutoDownloadASDK string parameters that seem important for the auto install of the ASDK however these parameters are not passed by the arm template in /ARMv2/.

i understand this represents support for when you aren't booting the vm from the CloudBuilder.vhdx so it makes sense not to be calling this in the template
