What are features for a bot in order to manage a group.

IRC bots do many jobs. for example, you will be kicked by a bot, if you send a long text (e.g.) more than 3 times in an IRC. Anyway, Which features are needed for a bot to control a group properly and automatically?

Nice topic! I guess that one really needed is that the bot can create a chat and invite 'x' initial members (at least two), becasue the bot will only can kick if he is the admin, and until telegram let grant admin permission, he have to create the group :) (or invite all other users, right now you can do it with !invite <id>)

• Calling people when they are mentioned in the chat by @. For example: Hey @rockneurotiko, thank you Then a message from the bot will go for the rockneurotiko: you're called by @diff in the xyz group: "Hey @rockneurotiko, thank you"
• Giving ability to users to change their visibility For example if I send: /invisible, others can't understand my status (online/offline) /hide. others can't see me and can't understand were was the last time I was online! /visible: this disables both invisible and hide etc.

That two are great:

1. I like this one, sometimes the message get lost in many messages, even when telegram notify you if you are mentioned, many times I don't see where xD
2. That should be really awesome, but it's impossible, we can't control the status/last time online of other users, we are just like other user for telegram.
