After reintalled the system(win7),the APJP doesn't work. #163

After I reintalled my computer's system(win7),the APJP doesn't work.It appears 
like this picture:
Also,I have installed JAVA and Heroku Toolbelt.

In your console, can you execute "java -version"?

I have founded the problem.I have to install the Java 64 digit version,not the 
32 digit one.
Thanks for your great work.The APJP helps me a lot.

1. have not installed Java.

2. installed Java, not add it in your PATH.

3. It does not matter 32bit or 64bit Java for APJP, if your OS is 64bit. (Since 
we all know, 64bit software can not run in 32bit OS.)

All in all, just to make a conclusion and close this issue.
