WEBSCARAB generates a certificates (for HTTPS connections) with a WEBSCARAB CA 
certificate. If you install that WEBSCARAB CA certificate in FIREFOX (or any 
other browser), all WEBSCARAB generated certificates will be trusted by FIREFOX 
(or any other browser).
CA certificate = CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY certificate, which signs other 
certificates, so make sure you install the CA certificate.

但访问HTTPS的网站
Firefox照样会提示证书不受信任
如下图，CA证书是否导入了？

Uninstall the old WEBSCARAB CA certificate and install the new WEBSCARAB CA 
certificate generated with attached WEBSCARAB (see attachments).

I have tested attached WEBSCARAB with APJP-0.7.0 and FIREFOX-3.6.15.
