Cluster status changed to "pending changes" #173

Hi, Here is a problem about the cluster status which a monitored kafka cluster in Kafka-manager changed to "pending changes", and I have no idea how to deal with this. There is no other operations on solving this problem, but create a new same monitored tab. How to deal with this situation？

Kafka-manager version is 1.2.4 Kafka version is 0.8.2.0 jdk version is 1.7

Whether an error occurred when starting the program, such as “SLF4J: Class path contains multiple SLF4J bindings”？

after restarting kafka manager, there is no pending changes.
