Following the discussion here https://github.com/yahoo/egads/issues/39#issuecomment-965805155. The goal of these changes is to start removing the dependencies on Open Forecast.

Had a deeper look at the codebase, and I think I won't find the time to make all the required changes. Closing this PR. Let me know if you ever plan to change the license and need help.
