Dr. Huang, sorry to disturb you. I am reading your papers including "Novel link prediction for large-scale miRNAlncRNA interaction network in a bipartite graph", "Constructing prediction models from expression profiles for large scale lncRNA–miRNA interaction profiling" and "Predicting lncRNA-miRNA Interaction via Graph Convolution Auto-Encoder". all these papers have shown that you provided the codes on this github.
