Codes and datasets for the paper entitle "Predicting microRNA-disease associations from lncRNA-microRNA interactions via multi-view multi-task learning"
Sorry to disturb you. I recently read your papers such as
(1) "Novel link prediction for large-scale miRNAlncRNA interaction network in a bipartite graph",
(2) "Constructing prediction models from expression profiles for large scale lncRNA–miRNA interaction profiling",
(3) "Predicting lncRNA-miRNA Interaction via Graph Convolution Auto-Encoder" and
(4) "Predicting microRNA–disease associations from lncRNA–microRNA interactions via Multiview Multitask Learning".
I am currently studing lncRNA-miRNA interaction prediction. I want to cite your papers and compare your methods in my experiments, but I could't find the corresponding codes of the first three methods. If you can provide me the corresponding codes, I will express my sincere thanks to you. In addition, I'm not sure that, can MVMTMDA also be used for miRNA-lncRNA interaction prediction and how to predict miRNA-lncRNA interaction using MVMTMDA? My email is kangqiang@mial.dlut.edu.cn.
