Image Loading Support for ContentProvider uri

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When use image loading, use ContentProvider uri as string such as
String url = 
ContentUris.withAppendedId(MediaStore.Images.Thumbnails.EXTERNAL_CONTENT_URI, 
1).toString();

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
see the content of the uri

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.24.3.  Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I changed BitmapAjaxCallback.java to support uri. (based on 0.24.3)

I used ContentResolver and get filepath from _DATA column.
At first I wanted to use cr.openInputStream but found out 
BitmapFactory.decodeStream() needs more memory than BitmapFactory.decodeFile().
