Dion Systems? Table for editors that only have videos but are not available to try? #1

Just found out about @Dion-Systems and saw part of their talk https://vimeo.com/485177664 which demonstrates a pretty snappy structural editor, but it doesn't appear to be available?

Should tools that aren't available be included in the list? Should there be a separate list? Feedback welcome!
