This standardizes how leader traits are applied via unique names.

Oh yeah this is what tag filters are all about ❤️ My only gotcha here is that when choosing a civ, the player may not know what that "industrious" actually means for him

Agreed. I was going to try out linking the Civilopedia page with a link.... Or something.

The Start New Game screen doesn't get the links, but they do appear in the Civilopedia. Seems like an okay compromise to me :shrug:
