Thanks (and yes I meant before the nuke), but by now I think it's pretty obvious. Line 880 is visited for city center tiles. No fallout is tested for in 882, and the city center improvement is protected by UniqueType.Irremovable, but roads - nope. Should probably be implemented in Tile.canPillageRoad, though.
Question is, why did it take so long for someone to notice? Also, where's the doc how nukes should behave? e.g. - Is it true being in a city has no effect on unit survival rate? Hmmm....
Thank you. As I have also noticed, there is no effect on units surviving nukes while in cities - when I nuked a city with 6 airplanes, none of them survived. Also when a carrier with a unit is nuked, both of them are damaged, which I don't know if it's intentional.

Notes from a loose read of said source, unformatted, unordered... For maybe future application. There are some differences to how we are nuking now. Specifically / e.g. - no setRoutePillaged() at all from nukes.

Describe the bug Roads created by city center can get pillaged by nukes. However, they can't get repaired, but also don't appear as pillaged in the infobox at the right. The tile on the other hand is tinted red, and units take normal movement points.
Expected behavior The roads don't get pillaged or they can be repaired.
