is there a base package for vc141? #35

what should be used for those compiled on vc141?

just tried itr and i think it works on base package (v2) of vc14..

nope im not sure now thaat it did, got cuda error cudaMalloc failed: invalid argument

actually it seems to compile fine with vc14, but still getting that error cudaMalloc failed: invalid argument
