PHP8.1 support

hi, is it possible to install the latest version of oci8 with php 8.1? and if it is not possible, when will the version for php 8.1 be ready?

I just added a github action tests for PHP8.1 and seems the tests are passing. But there maybe cases that are not covered yet. Can you please give it a try? Sadly, I personally cannot upgrade to PHP8 and 8.1 yet so can't test thoroughly.

hi, for now everything works fine, I just had to force the installation on the server because composer tells me that I cannot install your plugin due to the presence of too high php
