altBody must not be empty, if html should be sent. #24

fixes #22

PHP Mailer changes message type to "plain" if altBody is empty. Thererfore message body will consist just of the newsletter template code without any mime coding.

ist irgendwie kacke so, aber was soll man machen, solange wir das hier nicht ändern können.
