I dontwant multiple instances of a widget-what should i do?

I'm using ur framework for my portal

my requirement is
when i click on a widget in widget list - if the widget instance is already 
added then it should not add second instance (dontwant multiple instance of a 
same widget for a user).

if the widget instance is removed from the dashboard by clicking close button 
over the widget instance then it should alow to add a instance of the widget..

please tell me where should i code this.....
please tell me the .cs file names to look into...
