Test on 20180430 & newer:

Test closed waypoints with NB1 & yakra.list
Old: if (pi1 < hwy->NumPts && pi2 < hwy->NumPts) New: if (pi1 < hwy->pt.size() && pi2 < hwy->pt.size()) Break this. Then fix it. ~~LblInd is not based on # of points in a hwy, but rather # of labels in a point. ...For now.~~ <--I am an idiot. Disregard.
Fix before committing any changes to highway.cpp

Test closed waypoints with NB1 & yakra.list

Old: Worked in old version, because leading '+' and '' were stripped out of labels before storage in the highway object. I want to avoid doing this in the tmtools framework, and keep labels as faithful to those in the source WPTs as possible. New: Added NakedLabel function to Waypoint* class.
