Version all the things #85

@sbaughman We're at a natural feedback point with this work. Probably not ready to go in, but can you take a look when you get the chance?

Quick note: updating everything in the Gemfile to conform to the lock would have been the least invasive way to do this -- it's obvious from rechecking the lock history that some versioning up was rolled in with this.

This work is over two years old and the commit bodies are pretty barebones (if even there), so I can't say what the thinking was behind it. I think it's possible if not likely that I started optimistically trying to version up and see what broke and only later became more conservative.

A lot of updates need to happen to bring Muscle Wizards up to date, and a lot is going to potentially break during the course of those updates. I am pretty OK with that.
