Looks like it is also an OAuth App with unlimited access to all repos. FAIL.
Too many CI systems around. As long as they are proprietary and can not be run on premise, it is not a good investment of time as it limits application possibilities.

Travis CI is not a GitHub App (#1), so it wants too much privileges and also it is kind of pain to setup for GitHub releases (https://github.com/cyberFund/xchange-crawler/issues/18) and it also not clear how to change deployment tokens for clones without diverging commits.
Let's try something else and see if it somehow fixes those problems. Right now the only Travis alternative for continuous-integration on Marketplace is Circle CI - https://github.com/marketplace/circleci
