This pull request enables publishing angular-foundation to npm with a built dist and a porper main file for browserify support

Hi @D34THWINGS, thanks for sending this in. What I'm actually going to do is repurpose our https://github.com/pineconellc/angular-foundation-bower repository to also support publishing to NPM.
