Copy PDFs for JSS #1913

Story

We need to export all of the PDF files for JSS from its standalone Fedora instance to a temporary storage location so they can be added to DCS at a later date.

Front end for this Fedora instance is http://jss.library.yale.edu/DPresInterface/GroupPortalServlet

Acceptance

[ ] Identify temporary storage location
[ ] Copy PDF documents to temporary storage location
[ ] Create new ticket for future to add PDFs to DCS (when we can support PDF natively in DCS)

The current OCR of JSS collection are embedded in the PDF, we already have the OCR files in S3 bucket; If we need to export the native PDF, should the PDF be renamed as the oids and saved in pairtree structures?
