TIFF type should be "image/tiff" #2391

At https://github.com/yalelibrary/yul-dc-blacklight/blob/ab75563ec32c26b2a601667deacf66ff7fd01ba6/app/controllers/download_original_controller.rb#L23 the content-type should be image/tiff per https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/image/tiff

Acceptance
