Record Approver in Permission Data Table and in individual Permission Requests

Story Stakeholders need to know who is approving or denying permission requests. They would like to see this information recorded on both the permission data table and each individual permission request.

In the data table, this information should be recorded in the “Approver” column.

On the individual Permission Request page, this information should be recorded in the “Approver” row.

Approver identity can be recorded as their netID.

Acceptance

[x] Approver’s netID displays in the “Approver” column of the Permission Data Table when a Permission Request is Approved or Denied
[x] Approver’s netID displays in the “Approver” row of the table on the Individual Permission Request Page when a Permission Request is Approved or Denied
