Update language in approved/denied emails #2851

Story

Currently, when a user receives the approved/denied emails from DCS, a message displays at the bottom of each email that states "This is an automated message sent by Yale’s Digital Collections System."

In order to meet stakeholder requirements of not implying that Yale has made the decision, we would like to update the language to remove "sent by Yale's Digital Collections System."

Thus, the new message should only state "This is an automated message."

Deployed to Test and Demo with release v2.70.1
