Merge Collections-Demo with main #2876

Story All the Blacklight Open with Permission and Saved Lists work is in Collections-Demo. We need to merge this work with Main, so we can release the feature in PROD.

Deployed to test v1.62.6

"Log in" link is not working.

We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

Logging in is now repaired. Please try testing again.

Notes for deploying:

We will need to add Cognito env vars to UAT and PROD (in the SSO family)
We should create new integration for UAT (since it has more content) on id-uat.
When we move to production we'll need an integration in PROD Cognito.

Everything appears to be working as expected so far. Lauren and I both have a permission request that will expire tomorrow, so we can confirm that access turns off and the Access Request table updates.

Deployed but working through log in issues.

I tested the OwP features in UAT - they work well. The merge appears to be successful - ready to close!
