Update font on Saved Lists header #2906

Story The page header on the Saved Lists page (/bookmarks/) should be updated to match the rest of Blacklight.

Acceptance On the /bookmarks/ page...

[ ] H2 is updated to font face/family: YaleNew ?
[ ] H2 is updated to font color: 163565 ?

While I was working on updating the header I discovered that there were other tools for Saved Items that were also using the default apple font so those have been updated to match the site's styling as well.

Deployed to Test with release v1.63.4
