Summary

After updating to a more recent version of Docker (v27.1.1) docker-compose commands no longer work.

Deployed Blacklight and Management recent releases to Test. They will automatically pick up the new version of 'main' for Camerata.

Both apps built and deployed successfully. Will promote to UAT.
