AYH-12: Feed for existing Yale Health website

Story: As a content owner, I need to supplement our PDF content with information from our website to ensure our users can answer general questions about our organization.

Description of work

• The AskYale chat service is focused on content from the handbooks and a few other PDFs. This PDF content is getting organized and moved into richer structures by creating the content in a separate YaleSites website. But we also need some of the content from the existing YaleHealth website https://yalehealth.yale.edu/. This site is not a part of the YaleSites platform.
• This ticket is to enable and configure AskYale JSON feed on the existing YaleHealth website.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] The AskYale feed exists on the YaleHealth website and features all published nodes.
• [ ] The tags and metadata features may also be enabled if it is helpful at this time. Consult with Sebastianna.

For a first deliverable, let's add this to a multidev. We do not yet have a process for moving work to prod with the owners approval.
