Enable the chat widget on the new YaleSite website.
Create a configuration form so that different sites can access different knowledge domains.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] The AskYale Health site has an active chat widget that searches the AskYale Health database.
[ ] While these are platform-wide changes, there should not be an impact on the Hospitality instance.
[ ] Work is approved by Sebastianna to verify the correct content.
