1 year goals for Yalla #4

Current suggestions are:

  1. Enough work to fully employ at least 8 developers in Gaza and 3 developers in UK
  2. Set up officially as a cooperative
  3. Set up bank account and any other company trading details we need!
  4. Clear business structure in place - accounting, capacity management

Is this too many? Should some be more defined?

Maybe 2+3 are part of the same goal. You're goals will perhaps want more detail. For example, what does "fully employed" mean and how do your employment targets translate into income?
