Site accessiblity

@katieshuster - I just had a chat with Fadi about this and we have a few questions:

• Are you looking just for the banner with a link to the accessibility page in the app, or are you looking to create a separate accessibility page for the website?
• Would you need the increase text size functionality?

Hi @cyberteenie - to be honest it would be useful to know what's out there to make our site more accessible. We would definitely want the increase text size functionality but it would be great to look into 'text to speech' if that's an option?

@katieshuster - sounds good. It might be good to jump onto a call to flesh this out a bit, break it down into smaller parts and then tackle each one step at a time. Is there a particular day of the week that generally works well for you to meet? I would suggest that we meet sometime between Monday to Thursday so that @fadeomar could join the call and advise on the technical bits.

Next steps for this issue:

Create an accessibility bar that mimics the Duet site's. Link the bar to an accessibility page that mimics the Duet site's Do not include increase of text size (I will open a new issue for that)

hey @cyberteenie @katieshuster I've created the accessibility bar and added it to all of the pages on the website and created the accessibility page and make it as much as I can looks like the page on Duet site's and it's ready now

Thanks @fadeomar that looks great - please can we remove the graphic on the accessiblity page though as that's DUET branding? Also I think the logo needs to be changed as you can't read all of it on the white background.
