Hi @NatalieChiltern - I have just been able to submit a test referral on my end. Can you please confirm which URL you are at. What browser you are using. And what data you are trying to submit? A screenshot would be fine!

it looks like you previously tested the enquiry form not the referral form if that helps

Hi @NatalieChiltern oops you are right! I have just tested the link you sent through though and it seems to have gone through.

Can you try clearing your cookies and cache and trying again?

Hi @NatalieChiltern I've been looking into this and can't seem to recreate the issue, even whilst testing on chrome from a windows machine. Would it be possible to jump on a google meet call with you some time so I can watch you enter the data and try and debug it? I'm pretty flexible so please let me know when works for you. Thank you.

Hi @NatalieChiltern, we've liaised with Vicky and added a character limit and error msg to text area fields, as it appears entering too much text was causing the problem for her. Vicky has approved the changes (https://www.chilternmusictherapy.co.uk/make-a-referral) and so we've put it live and are closing the issue. Thank you!
