This looks great! That looks really good. Can we take out the circle structure below the strategy and just put a link in there to that section of the website. We're also going to add in fundraising section too! But if you can go ahead and build this in web flow we can tweak the specifics once the impact report is complete.

This overall looks great! Thank you. The Canva PDF is at the finished draft stage now, and any very minor tweaks will be made by Thursday next week. Could we start pulling in the content of the actual report into webflow? Once we can see it all on the site we can then make any revisions needed. Please also cross-reference the Google Doc for additional info and extra human stories we can incorporate. Thanks!

Landing Page Feedback:

1.

Main Focus on Music Therapy:

Music therapy is the core of what we do. Currently, the page highlights Inclusion and Sustainability, which are important but not our primary focus. Please move this content further down the page to better align with our purpose. 2.

Equal Weight for All Care Programmes:
The 5 programmes of care (Acute Care, Development & Rehabilitative Care, Continuing Care, Preventative Care, and Disseminative Care) should be given equal importance, as shown in the PDF report. Currently, Acute Care and Development & Rehab appear more prominent.
- Each programme should have a brief introduction, followed by a service spotlight and case study. Example structure:
  - Acute Care: Brief intro (e.g., "The goal of our Acute Care programme is to provide immediate support to clients during critical times of need, typically within hospital settings.")
    - Service Spotlight: Imperial College London NHS Trust Music Therapy Service (intro, link to full report)
    - Case Study: Lucy
  - Development & Rehabilitative Care: Brief intro (e.g., "This programme focuses on maximising potential or supporting rehabilitation after trauma or injury.")
    - Service Spotlight: Moor Green Outpatient Brain Injury Neurologic Music Therapy Service(intro, link to full report)
    - Case Study: Barry
  - Please let us know if you need additional breakdowns for Continuing, Preventative, and Disseminative Care. 3.
Introduction Section:
The introduction should come before 'Our Organisation' and 'Strategy.' 4.

Spelling and Strategy Box:
Please ensure 'Organisation' uses British spelling (with an 's').
- Add the following before the strategy box: "Our strategy is focused on four key areas:" for better clarity. 5.
Section Titles:
Change 'How We Work' to 'Introduction.' 6.

Environmental Section:
The removal of the staff travel section may actually be beneficial for space. Let’s leave it as it is for now. 7.

Missing Pages:
Please add the Fundraising page and the Looking to the Future page, which were left out. 8.

Image Change:
Replace the yellow percussion instrument image with the Greek images from the Cava report (next to Barry's story).

Thank you so much this is much closer! Much appreciated. The overall feedback from the team is that the 5 programmes are a key part of the report and should feel like clear, distinct sections. However, at the moment, they seem to blend into each other slightly. Could we explore ways to improve the design to ensure each programme stands out more effectively?

1.

Update Links: Replace all existing full report links with the following ISSUU version link: https://issuu.com/chiltern-music-therapy/docs/chiltern_music_therapy_annual_impact_report_2023-2 .

2.

Improve Visual Distinction for Programme of Care Titles: Increase font size or boldness for the 5 Programme of Care titles ('Continuing Care,' 'Preventative Care,' 'Disseminative Care,' 'Supporting Freelancers,' etc.) to make them stand out more.

Ensure there is a larger gap above 'Continuing Care' and 'Preventative Care,' as well as above 'Disseminative Care' and 'Supporting Freelancers' to create clearer separation between sections.

Review design to ensure each section is visually distinct and evenly weighted, preventing the titles from running into each other.

3.

Apply Different Colours to 'Looking to the Future' and 'Fundraising' Titles: Change the title colours of 'Looking to the Future' and 'Fundraising' to differentiate them from each other

4.

Correct the 'Looking to the Future' Link:Update the link at the end of the 'Looking to the Future' section to point to the correct annual report PDF, rather than the environmental report.

5.

Shorten Inclusion and Environmental Sections:

For the Inclusion section, remove all content from the 'Contributions and Impact' section onward, so that after the pink Chiltern Insights quote box, the 'Read more in the PDF' link appears directly below.

For the Environmental section, remove the 'Further Energy Efficiency Actions' section entirely.

Sorry, one final amendment – we’ve noticed it’s possible to share links to specific pages within the PDF by selecting a tick box option when sharing the report. Could you please update all section links to go directly to the relevant part of the PDF, such as specific areas of care or individual case studies? We think it would massively improve user experience / readability
