Give Hyde access to Sendgrid

Hyde can't access Sendgrid due to MFA.

Either:

• [ ] Set up another account for Hyde to access the CoL and UC helper Sendgrids from (if this is possible)

Or:

• [ ] Set up call with Tomi (tomi.stan@hyde-housing.co.uk) to transfer MFA to him
