Request was not successful as we need to be on a paid plan to get support. Will make a request in the Cloudflare community - activation email has been sent to ucdigital@hyde-housing.co.uk. I have requested that Tomi finish the activation process.

This issue was migrated to Salesforce and given a Salesforce number ((500Nv00000C2C9VIAV). We were meant to receive an email but I never received it. I called Salesforce and they say that it is not a valid case number. I have therefore opened up a new issue here: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/my-ticket-was-migrated-to-salesforce-but-is-not-available/695197
